Ingredients

  • 6 small red potatoes
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets, steamed, and chopped
  • 1/4 cup chedder cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup light sour cream
  • 1 Tbs chives, chopped

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Pierce potatoes and wrap in foil. Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until tender. Remove from oven and let cool.
  3. Using a small spoon, scoop out center of potatoes.
  4. Add broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Bake in oven for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese has melted. Top with sour cream and chives.

Preparacin

  1. Precaliente el horno a 400掳F.
  2. Mezcle las verduras con el aceite de oliva y la sal.
  3. Coloque las tiras en la bandeja y hornee durante 30 minutos, volteandolas a la mitad de ese tiempo.
