  • Student employees are paid on or about the 15th of each month for the work performed in the previous month.听If the 15th falls on a Saturday, then pay is the previous Friday. For additional information, please visit the Calendar & Schedules page and navigate to the current University Payroll Calendar.

    • Graduating students (excluding those in 1868 job code) may continue working through Summer or Winter, as a Bridge Student Assistant (job code 1874), with proper approval.
    • Graduating students in the 1868 job code who are on an F-1 visa may work only through the end of the semester in which they graduate, in accordance with USCIS guidelines.
