Document Accessibility

Document accessibility refers to intentionally designing documents to ensure they can be easily viewed and used by people who rely on assistive technologies. All documents鈥攚hether intended for websites, distribution via email, or printing鈥攎ust be created with accessibility in mind. Authoring software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel includes built-in features that help authors design accessible content.
