The Department of Police Services provides support for a wide-range of programs and services to make 快活林性息 a safer place to work, learn, and live.听

-听Bike theft is an ongoing problem at 快活林性息, but many thefts can be reduced with some simple precautions. 快活林性息 PD offers safety a registration program that increases the chance of recovering lost bikes. Protect your bike by parking in the free, fully enclosed, indoor parking lot available to 快活林性息 community members.

听-听According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration four out of five care seats are improperly installed, that's why the 快活林性息 PD offers听FREE听car seat inspections to the community.

听-听In order to comply with the CSU requirement to verify the California driving records of all State employees听authorized to drive on State business, 快活林性息 has implemented the Department听of Motor Vehicles' Employer Pull Notice Program (EPN).听

听-听We offer walk-in services for Live Scan fingerprinting and for 快活林性息 community members in need of notarized documents.

Lost and Found听-听If you lost it, we might have it. Learn more about how to report a missing item at our Lost and Found services. Please call Astrid Logan at (818) 677-3946.

听- Do not walk alone on campus and request a personal safety escort Monday through Thursday from dusk to 11:30 p.m. during the Fall and Spring semesters.

听-听The Department of Police Services can provide the appropriate law enforcement coverage for your special event.

听-听A comprehensive course for women that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and avoidance, while progressing on to the basics of hands-on defense training. RAD for Men is a听program designed to provide students with information, tactics, and considerations which R.A.D. Systems believes may be useful for various types of confrontational encounters perpetrated against men.

-听A comprehensive empowerment safety education course for children (5-12) that covers topics like, calling 911, fire safety, bullying, and strangers while incorporating basic hands-on self-defense techniques.

听-听Incidents of computer theft, particularly laptops, are frequent on college campuses nationwide. Find out how the STOP (Security Tracking of Office Property) program can protect your electronic equipment from theft.

听-听听A variety of workshops鈥攆rom identity theft, emergency preparedness, pepper spray defense, and radKIDS, are offered throughout the year to help increase your awareness and personal safety.
