To ensure students have met the prerequisites to be able to succeed in MBA coursework, we utilize a permission request form.听听听
- Please check for academic holds prior to registration.听
- Review email for when permission numbers will be issued and expiration date.
Below is a listing of common holds and how to clear them:
MMR听鈥� Please clear with the Klotz Student Health Center by submitting the necessary documents needed for your Measles, Mumps, and Rubella vaccine.听听Please use this听听for instructions.
Title IX听鈥� Watch the video and take the exam afterwards.听听Following exam completion, this hold will clear automatically in 12-24 hours.
