Transferring to the Public Health major at Cal State Northridge will allow you to build upon your coursework at the community college (or other colleges/universities).
Student Outreach and Recruitment ()
Before you visit the Public Health program, please visit Bayramian Hall (BH) 190 to see a counselor to review your transcripts and learn which courses will transfer to 快活林性息. Their office is open Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. You can also call to make an appointment to see a counselor: (818) 677-2967.
HHD Transfer Student Workshop
During the Summer the HSCI Department Advisor holds numerous transfer student workshops to inform and assist transfer students newly admitted to the major. We *highly* recommend students attend one of these workshops ASAP to best prepare for the incoming academic year, as well as register for the necessary major courses.
New Student Orientation
Our campus-wide New Student Orientation program offers at least one orientation for transfer students; our department strongly encourages you to quickly register for this summer event (as it fills up quickly). Students report that this orientation effectively provides a foundation to aid in a smooth transition to 快活林性息. Click here for more details on how to register.
