Welcome to the Asian Studies at California State University, Northridge. The Asian Studies Interdisciplinary Program is committed to fostering a comprehensive understanding and deep appreciation of Asia in its cultural, historical, and contemporary aspects.

We aim to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate the challenges and opportunities of our increasingly interconnected world, where Asia plays a pivotal role in shaping our collective future. We encourage open dialogue about Asia and facilitate the exchange of ideas among students, faculty, professionals and experts from diverse disciplines and backgrounds.
