What Is 快活林性息 Connections?
快活林性息 Connections is a collaborative effort between 快活林性息, Mission College, Pierce College, and Valley College to streamline student transfer across these four partnering institutions in order to help students reach a degree more efficiently. 快活林性息 Connections targets students who may have gotten off-track through two distinct pathways 鈥� 鈥淐laim What You鈥檝e Earned鈥� & 鈥淩eroute to Success.鈥�
What Is Reroute To Success?
Reroute to Success will reengage 快活林性息 first time freshmen who have been academically disqualified, with the goal of enrolling them at a participating 快活林性息 Connections community college and creating a clear path back to 快活林性息.
Why Was Reroute Developed?
Nearly one in three first-time college freshmen do not continue on to their sophomore year. Students can get off-track for a variety of reasons; they may experience challenges with financing college, managing competing familial and/or work responsibilities, adjusting to campus life, or adjusting to the rigors of college-level academics. For students experiencing academic difficulty, the consequences can compound quickly 鈥� from being placed on academic probation, to losing financial aid eligibility, to being dismissed from their institution altogether. In order to address these challenges locally, Reroute to Success was developed to reengage first-time freshmen who have gotten off-track during their first year in college, leading to their academic disqualification from 快活林性息. Through Reroute to Success, disqualified students will be able to enroll at a participating 快活林性息 Connections community college, earn transferable credit, and 鈥� with completion of an Associate Degree for Transfer (ADT) 鈥� receive guaranteed admission back to 快活林性息 as an upper-division transfer student.

Why Get an Associate Degree?
