Report an Incident

Students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to report any incidents that violate the to the Office of Equity & Compliance. Faculty and staff who are classified as responsible employees have a duty to report if they know, or should know, that an incident of discrimination, harassment (including sex-based harassment under Title IX), or retaliation has occurred.聽

Confidential Resources

On- and off-campus confidential resources are available for individuals who have experienced discrimination, harassment, and/or retaliation. Confidential resources can provide support and referrals to additional resources. These resources are not required to report to the Office of Equity & Compliance.聽

Prevention and Education

Prevention staff within the Office of Equity & Compliance are available to support your events, provide educational workshops and compliance-based trainings, and provide educational materials and consultation. All campus community members can reach out to request services.聽

Other Conduct of Concern (OCC)

OCC is conduct that does not violate CSU policies or local, state or federal laws and, therefore, does not warrant disciplinary action but that聽 nevertheless negatively impacts the learning, living and working environment of the CSU community.
