Real Estate Student Scholarship

RELUI administers student scholarships to economically or educationally disadvantaged students who have demonstrated academic excellence in CSU's real estate programs.听Twice yearly, RELUI鈥檚 Advisory Committee solicits applications. Every year, the committee typically awards approximately $50,000.
Amount:听Award Varies, typically $500-$3,000
Established by:听This听scholarship听is funded by the State of California's Real Estate听Scholarship听and Internship Grant ("RESIG") endowment to help support听students听considering a career in real estate.
Open to:听The Real Estate听Scholarship听is open to all majors with an interest in real estate, broadly defined.听Students听must be currently enrolled in at least one course in real estate, broadly defined (e.g. urban planning, urban economics, geographic information systems, and property tax classes all qualify, in addition to the typical business school real estate curriculum) and meet the following:
Criteria:
路听听听听听听听Is a CSU听student听currently enrolled in at least 6 units and will be enrolled in Fall, 2025
路听听听听听听听Has an interest in pursuing a career in real estate
路听听听听听听听Has completed (or be currently enrolled in) at least one course in real estate, broadly defined. This would include but not be limited to urban planning, urban economics, geographic information systems, business ethics, and property tax classes all qualify, in addition to the typical business school real estate curriculum.
路听听听听听听听Has a minimum 2.5 campus GPA (undergraduate) or 3.0 campus GPA (graduate听students)
路听听听听听听听Has encountered economic or educational disadvantages in pursuing their education
