How to get a MataCard
New 快活林性息 Students
- If you're a new 快活林性息 student, log in to the聽聽with your 快活林性息 user ID and password. Under聽Top Tools, select聽Student Center.
- On the Student Center page, under聽Finances, select聽Pay Photo Processing Fee聽to pay a聽$5聽fee.
- Check your 快活林性息 email account for an invitation to upload a photo and another form of identification. The email should arrive within two business days after you've paid the photo fee.
- Once your photo is approved, you'll receive an email prompting you to download the Transact eAccounts app and authenticate your digital MataCard.
Current Students
If you already have a physical 快活林性息 ID card and are currently considered an active student, you already have a photo on file and you're ready to go. If you'd like to upgrade to the new MataCard, download the Transact eAccounts app in the聽听辞谤听 and log in using your 快活林性息 user ID and password to authenticate your digital MataCard.
New Faculty and Staff
After your initial new employee orientation, Human Resource will give you an employee classification memo. Bring this memo to the Student Services Center in Bayramian Hall (BH 100) to have your photo taken. Once your photo is saved,聽download the Transact eAccounts app in the聽听辞谤听聽and log in using your 快活林性息 user ID and password to authenticate your digital MataCard.

If you don't have a current photo in the database
- Check your email for an invitation sent in August 2024 from the 快活林性息 MataCard Office if you don't have a current photo in the database.
- Follow the guidelines in the email to upload your photo and complete the MataCard download process.

- Log in using your 快活林性息 user ID and password to authenticate your digital MataCard.
