The Dean's Circle for the College of Health and Human Development brings together distinguished alumni and community partners with the Dean and colleagues.Ìý The group explores the role of ¿ì»îÁÖÐÔÏ¢ HHD on the campus and in the community to enhance, enrich, and empower the human experience.
Fall 2024 HHD Fundraising Focal Points
- Donations support the Department of Health Sciences which offers three distinct degree programs: Health Administration, Public Health, and Radiologic Sciences. .
- Recreation and Tourism Management students use travel and tourism; andÌýrecreation and play to enhance the quality of life for all ages. At the ¿ì»îÁÖÐÔÏ¢ Aquatic Center at Castaic Lake,Ìýexcellent boating and water safety programs are available to ¿ì»îÁÖÐÔÏ¢ students and the community. .Ìý
- The Department of Child and Adolescent Development at ¿ì»îÁÖÐÔÏ¢ is committed to helping students pursue further education toward careers such as health practitioners, mental health clinicians, and educators.Ìý While the program continues to grow, financial concerns remain as obstacles to many of our students’ success. .Ìý
- ¿ì»îÁÖÐÔÏ¢ Kinesiology is at the forefront of the study of human movement for wellness and personal expression throughout the lifespan. Students and faculty build community, strengthen personal wellness and inspire others to live their best lives.
