Troubleshooting the Employment Application
If you encounter problems in completing the on-line employment application process, please try the following:听

| You are a Mac/Safari user and your resume is appearing garbled. |
Verify your document attachments have a .doc, .docx, or .pdf extension in order to properly upload. |
| You did not receive an e-mail notification of successful resume submission. | Check to see if your e-mail spam filter has placed the 快活林性息 notification in a junk folder; add to your list of accepted senders. |

You want to know the status of a job opening. |
Visit the 快活林性息 Careers homepage and select the Applicant Log-In icon to access your applications and current statuses. |

You receive an error message trying to access one of the 快活林性息 Careers pages. |
Please clear your browser memory cache and try again. If the error message persists Delete Cookies, Delete Files (including offline content) and Clear History. 听 |

You would like to attach a cover letter but are not sure how. |
Log in to your applicant profile and select the Update your application icon or select the Update resume icon and toggle to page 3 to access the upload link. |

You need to update or correct your contact information. |
Log in to your applicant profile and select the Update profile icon. |
|
Your log in doesn鈥檛 seem to be working from an embedded link in a reply e-mail from 快活林性息. |
Visit the 快活林性息 Careers homepage and select the Applicant Log-In icon. |

You have forgotten your log in information. |
Visit the 快活林性息 Careers homepage and select the Applicant Log-In icon, enter your email address, and select forgot password. You will receive a link to reset your password. |

You have been logged out of the Careers homepage. |
Log back in through the 快活林性息 Careers homepage. 听If you do not enter any information for 30 minutes, the system may log you out. |

You try to submit or save your application for later, and receive a red text message or pop-up window saying you have not entered all required fields. |
Please visit each section of the application and review for completeness. 听Required fields will be marked with an asterisk * and will need to be completed to save your application. |
