How to Make Low Calorie Crepes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Flour鈦
  • 2 Eggs鈦
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder鈦
  • 1/2 Cup Milk 鈦
  • 3/4 Cup Water鈦
  • Dash Salt 鈦1/2 Teaspoon (for cooking the crepe)鈦

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients in blender or processor until well blended. Strain and let sit to allow bubbles to subside 鈦
  2. Using a non-stick pan, heated on moderately high flame, pour about 2 tablespoons of batter into skillet, rotating to form a circle about 7 inches in diameter. 鈦
  3. 3. Brown until edges begin to curl and brown and top is slightly set. Turn and brown other side if desired or remove to a damp towel or paper towel. Cool. These may be stored separated by wax paper in refrigerator or freezer if not used immediately.

Makes 12 crepes.鈦 One crepe is 35 calories.
