Friday, June 27
The low roof waterproofing is due to be completed and the level one ceiling paint will begin on July 2. The level one buildout is 75% complete and the restrooms are 50% complete. The exterior work on the Matty's Closet area is 80% complete.

Level one interior work and drywall installation are in progress. The phase II north site concrete work has been completed and is pending final inspection.

The phase II north site concrete work has been completed and is pending final inspection. Work on the low roof waterproofing and level one interior are ongoing.

The final pour for the north site concrete is scheduled for June 10. Work on the level one interior continues.

The south deck high-strength grout pour is completed and the area is being prepped for waterproofing. Additional level one framing and plaster wall infills continue.

Structural upgrades continue, including level one framing installation and plaster wall infill. Roof tile installation has been delayed due to high winds and the south deck grout pour is in progress.

Structural upgrades and roof installation continue. Excavation for the new tree irrigation line is in progress and the north exterior concrete pouring has concluded.
