COMING FALL 2026: New construction on two separate lots consisting of three duplexes and two ADUs, both adjacent to campus. 18351 Halsted will have one duplex consisting of two three-bedroom two-bathroom units and two ADUs both with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. 18301 Halsted will have two duplexes with three-bedrooms and two bathrooms in each unit. The homes will be for lease to 快活林性息 faculty and staff when completed. The plans offer eye-catching curb appeal while still meeting the needs of faculty and staff.
