For someone who never attended college until 2009, and to be shaking her hand at commencement for me was astounding. Six years later and after earning my MBA, I am currently teaching in the Business Administration Department at Los Angeles Valley College, where my academic journey began, and I am pleased that President Harrison solidified a special place in that exhilarating journey for me!
