Select the registration icon in the app and log in with your 快活林性息 username and password to accept the terms of the SRC Waiver.
Under 18 years of age?
Your parent/guardian will need to sign the聽聽on your behalf before you can register and use the facility.聽The SRC will need to receive the聽originally signed document (not a scanned or faxed copy). You can either drop the document off at the front desk of the SRC or you can have your parent/guardian mail it in. Mailed documents should be sent to:

Use the 快活林性息 Student Recreation Center app to access the facility with a mobile device by tapping on the Barcode ID icon and scanning your barcode at the entrance.聽
