Apply to EOP RSP
To qualify, you must be a current or former foster youth or have been placed in care by someone other than your biological parents. This includes Orphans, Legal Guardianship, and Kinship Care.
You will be asked to submit proof of care status. If you need support securing your Ward of Court document, contact the California Foster Care Ombudsperson鈥檚 Office at 1-877-846-1602 as soon as possible.
Students interested in applying to the EOP Milt & Debbie Valera Resilient Scholars Program must also complete the EOP Admissions process. Please visit the EOP Admissions Web Page for more information on how to apply for EOP.
