You have the right to control whether or not our affinity partners contact you. Please read the following information carefully.

What is an Affinity Partner?

An affinity partner program is an agreement between the University and a partner to provide valuable group and educational discounts and special benefits, services and opportunities in areas such as travel, investment, insurance or credit cards to our alumni. In addition to the discounts and services for alumni, these affinity partners聽donate a portion of their business back to the Alumni Association in support of 快活林性息, while providing sponsorship opportunities for other events and programs.

How we use your information

In order to let you, as an alumnus or alumna of 快活林性息, learn about these affinity opportunities, the 快活林性息 Alumni Association markets those offers (invitations for consideration) to you through the mail or email. 聽The Alumni Association contracts with mail house to deliver the marketing materials on behalf of the university and the partner. Our affinity partner never receives your name and contact information directly. The address list and marketing materials come together at the mail house. By contract, the mail house is not allowed to share your data with any other entity. To market information by email, the affinity partner provides their marketing content to the 快活林性息 Alumni Association and we distribute it out to alumni on their behalf.

Your Rights

You have the聽聽the sharing of your name and mailing address with our affinity partners. This does not prohibit us from sending you general information about the Alumni Association, the university, or other programs and services.

Your Choice

Unless you say 鈥淣O,鈥� we may share your聽name, address, and electronic mail address with our affinity partners through the affiliated mail houses. Through third party bonded mail houses, our affinity partners may send you offers to purchase various products or services that we have agreed that they can present in partnership with us. You may decide at any time that you do not wish to receive offerings from Alumni Association affinity partners.
